What we look for.

  • A matter with at least one public source — filing, ruling, reporting, academic paper, regulatory document.
  • Conduct that plausibly implicates one or more EII dimensions.
  • Sufficient specificity: named product or organization, dated events, location if relevant.

Clicking will open your email client with the submission pre-filled. You can review before sending. If your device does not handle mailto links, copy the composed text from the dialog that appears.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your submission within five business days.
  2. An internal reviewer evaluates it against our criteria — public documentation, specificity, dimensional relevance.
  3. If it meets criteria, we draft an entry and verify sources.
  4. The entry publishes in the Incident Log. You are credited if you want to be; anonymous if you do not.
  5. If we decline, we tell you why. If we decline for evidentiary reasons and you have more, send more.

Protections

Submissions from current or former employees raising concerns about their employer's product are often protected under whistleblower laws in the US (SOX, Dodd-Frank, state equivalents), the EU (Whistleblower Directive), the UK (PIDA), and elsewhere. We are not lawyers and cannot give you legal advice — but we will never disclose your identity against your wishes, and we will not publish anything that clearly identifies you unless you've given explicit permission.

If you need to communicate over a secure channel, say so in your first message and we will arrange it.
