One address, for now
EII is early. Rather than advertise a dozen addresses that all route to the same inbox, we use one. When volume requires routing, we'll split the address space and publish the map here.
Use for Charter Cohort applications, public comment on v0.9, press and media, incident log submissions and corrections, complaints and appeals, and anything else. We acknowledge within five business days.
When writing, please include
- For applications: the details listed on the apply page.
- For incident submissions: the matter, its public source or docket, the dimensions you think are implicated.
- For complaints or appeals: the certification ID if known, the dimension at issue, and a description of the basis.
- For press: deadline, outlet, and the question you're trying to answer — we are more useful with context than without.
What happens to your email
Handled by the co-founders. Kept as long as operationally relevant, deleted on request. Unsuccessful applications deleted within 90 days. No mailing list — we don't have one.
Security sensitive
For disclosures that shouldn't be in plain email — legal matters, whistleblower tips — request a secure channel in your first message. We'll arrange it.
